Your customized wellness plan is designed for your unique mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti). It provides an assessment of your dominant Doshas (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) and the strength of your digestive fire (Agni). Based on these insights, the plan provides dietary modifications tailored to your needs. The plan includes structured lifestyle routines and custom herbal formulations. It is your own personal compass for restoring your body’s innate balance and vitality.

Wag Ayurveda is a sanctuary offering 5-hour personal retreats for mothers who are feeling burned out, anxious, sad, or unwell in ways they find difficult to describe.
Here you take the time to rest, learn about your imbalances, reflect on your daily habits, and restore your vital life force—both for yourself, and for the sake of your pack.
Importantly, Wag Ayurveda is more than your own personal sanctuary. Four times a year, you are invited to a community gathering and meal. -
Your 5-hour personal retreat is $650.

To support your long-term wellness, a fully customized wellness plan may be delivered to you 48 hours after your retreat experience. Your wellness plan is available as an additional investment of $250. It is optional and not included in the half-day package.

Abhyanga - a foundational Ayurvedic treatment using herb-infused oils tailored to your needs. A slow, gentle, rhythmic application activates Marma points, breaks up impurities, and stimulates lymphatic and cardiovascular circulation.
Structured Breathing - focused pranayama techniques designed to calm the nervous system and expand lung capacity.
Containment - holding areas such as the head, shoulders, hands, knees or feet to ground the body and mind, instilling deep safety.
Cupping - suction applied to targeted areas of the body to draw out stagnation and relieve muscular tension.
Facials - nurturing applications of specialized oils to purify, nourish, and revitalize the skin.
Foot Soaks - a warm restorative blend of therapeutic herbs and mineral salts intended to draw heat downward, ease restless limbs, and melt away daily stress.
Garshana - an invigoration dry-skin brushing treatment with raw silk gloves. Stimulates the lymphatic system, boosts circulation, exfoliates the skin, and clears stagnant energy from the body.
Heart Basti - warm, localized oil treatment over cardiac the muscles to support cardiovascular circulation, and release emotional pain and grief.
Marma - the subtle use of aromas and medicinal oils to restore mind-body balance.
Nasya - sinus and nasal treatment to relieve congestion and tension in the upper body.Pinda Swedhana - cooling treatment using herbal rice bags and light pressure into the skin.
Wrapping - deep somatic compression using cloths to gently close, stabilize, and ground the body and mind.Satvavajya - psychological method of reframing mental stressors and restoring inner emotional balance.
Swedhana - an herbal medicinal steam bath (full body, except for the head).
Udvartana - application of herbal powders and pastes to aid the release of toxins.
Yoga - movement and alignment to build physical strength and unify the body and mind. -
